In 2013, Nikki Azzara established Slender Seven and formed the online cookbook to share her favorite recipes. As a health and fitness enthusiast and gluten-free foodie, Nikki enjoys experimenting with wholesome ingredients to create delicious recipes that embody a healthy lifestyle.

While taking an entrepreneurship class at the Wake Forest University School of Business, she decided to pursue her passion for cooking in conjunction with her marketing major and launch Slender Seven. The site provides recipes that are simple, delicious, and use only seven ingredients or less to promote a happy, healthy lifestyle.
