Dang Coconut Bon Bons


1 28-ounce pouch Dang coconut chips, crushed

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, shredded

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup honey or agave

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Place the coconut flour and coconut flakes in a large mixing bowl. In a small microwave safe bowl, heat the coconut milk, coconut oil, honey and vanilla for 1-2 minutes. Pour into the mixing bowl and stir to combine. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then stir in the crushed Dang coconut chips. Stir to mix, then place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to harden. Remove from the refrigerator and roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls. Store in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
