Chia, chia, chia. You may be hearing this word wondering "what is chia?" Is it new? Is it good? It turns out that chia seeds are ancient, dating back to the times of the Mayans and Aztecs. Lately, these seeds have been getting a great deal of publicity due to their "superfood" qualities and availability in nearly every grocery store.
