Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

1 squeeze pack (2 tablespoons) Justin's Maple Almond Butter

1/2 cup oats

1 banana

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk


Combine ingredients using an immersion blender. (Alternatively - you can stir together, but be sure to mash the banana). Chill overnight. Serves 2.


Apricot Power Bites

1 squeeze pack (2 tablespoons) Justin's Honey Almond Butter

1/2 cup dried apricots

2 tablespoons goji berries

1/2 cup oats

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut

Combine ingredients in a food processor until puréed. Shape the mixture into 6 bite-sized balls. Store in an air-tight container. Serves 3.


Chocolate Pudding

1 squeeze pack (2 tablespoons) Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter

1 avocado

1 banana

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3-4 packets stevia (or sub 1/4 cup agave or honey)

Combine ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Refrigerate and enjoy the pudding chilled. Serves 4-6. 


Banana Split

1 squeeze pack (2 tablespoons) Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter

1 banana

1/4 cup raspberries

1 tablespoon nonfat whipped topping or cashew cream

Cut a banana in half lengthwise and place in a dish. Top with the raspberries. Melt the hazelnut butter for 30 seconds, then drizzle over the raspberries and bananas. Top with a dollop of the whipped cream.


Haystack Cookie

1 squeeze pack (2 tablespoons) Justin's Vanilla Almond Butter

2 teaspoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon honey or agave

2/3 cup cornflakes (we like Nature's Path)

1 tablespoon cranberries

1 tablespoon (white) chocolate chips

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the coconut oil and honey and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove, and stir in the almond butter. In a separate mixing bowl, add the cornflakes, cranberries and chocolate chips. Pour in the almond butter mixture and stir to combine, until the cornflakes are coated. Shape the mixture into two cookies and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, until the cookie hardens.


Mug Muffin

1 squeeze pack (2 tablespoons) Justin's Vanilla Almond Butter

1 banana, mashed

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Nocciola Smoothie

1 squeeze pack (2 tablespoons) Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter

1 frozen banana

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 Medjool dates

Combine ingredients in a blender until creamy.
