Banana Bread Squares

1 cup baking flour (regular or gluten free)

1 cup KIND Oat & Honey Clusters

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)

1/2 cup sunflower butter

3 bananas, mashed

1/4 cup honey or agave


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, KIND clusters, baking soda and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir in applesauce, sunflower butter, mashed bananas and honey until fully mixed. Pour batter into a lightly greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool before cutting into 6x6 bite sized squares.

Warm KIND & Apple Parfait

1/2 cup KIND Maple Quinoa Clusters

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 apple, diced

1 packet Truvia



In a small microwaveable bowl, submerge diced apples in the almond milk. Sprinkle with Truvia and a dash of cinnamon. Microwave for 1 minute, or until the almond milk is warm and the apples are soft. Stir in the KIND clusters. Enjoy warm.
