CAKE BATTER SMOOTHIE

1 frozen banana

1 serving organic & vegan protein powder (vanilla or chocolate) 

2 tablespoons coconut flour (such as Nutiva)

1 tablespoon So Delicious French Vanilla Almondmilk creamer

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 packet Truvia

¼ teaspoon vanilla

 

Combine ingredients in a blender until creamy.

 

NOCCIOLA SMOOTHIE

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 frozen banana

2 tablespoons Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut butter

1 packet stevia

 

Combine ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy. Tastes like Italian hazelnut gelato!

 

VANILLA "MILKSHAKE"

½ frozen banana

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

½ tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon Justin's Vanilla Almond Butter

⅛ teaspoon vanilla

dash of sea salt

 

Melt the coconut oil and the almond butter in a small bowl for 1 minute. Pour in the blender and combine with the frozen banana, almond milk, vanilla and sea salt. Blend until creamy. Serves 1 [Per serving: 240 calories, 17g fat, 20g carbs, 4g fiber, 11g sugar, 4g protein].

 

TIRAMISU SMOOTHIE

2/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese

1 teaspoon instant espresso powder

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 packets stevia, divided

optional: nonfat whipped topping

 

In a small mug, heat 2 tablespoons of water for 2 minutes. Stir in the instant espresso powder to dissolve. Pour the espresso into a blender then add the cottage cheese and 1 packet stevia and blend until creamy. Pour into a glass and set aside. Add the frozen banana, cocoa powder, almond milk and 1 packet of stevia to the blender and pulse until creamy. Pour over the cottage cheese to layer in the glass. Top with the (optional) nonfat whipped topping then sprinkle with cocoa powder.

 

CARROT CAKE SMOOTHIE

1 frozen banana

1 cup shredded/chopped carrots

1/4 cup pineapple

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 handful cashews

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

dates or maple to sweeten



Combine ingredients in a blender until creamy.

 

KEY LIME PIE SMOOTHIE

1 frozen banana

1 container key lime yogurt (Fage, Chobani or Wallaby's)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 Medjool dates (pitted)

1 cup spinach

2 tablespoons lime juice (or key lime)

1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

 

Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.

 

RED VELVET SMOOTHIE

1 Cooked Beet by Love Beets

1 frozen banana

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 Medjool dates

1 packet stevia

1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Combine ingredients in a blender until creamy. Serves 1.
